I'm a pediatrician and researcher, working in the areas of population health, psychosocial stress and adversity, and health disparities. I've done research on racism and its effects on children, cross-cultural issues in child health and development, and ACEs. I've developed programs to address the social determinants of health. I'm also interested in behavioral health and am the Editor of the Journal of Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics.
