Lakeside Global Institute offers a wide range of educational courses to provide ongoing professional development for professionals who work in some capacity with children and/or parents. The Trauma Series involves a total of 30 sessions, split among three levels which build on each other: Enhancing Trauma Awareness (6 sessions), Deepening Trauma Awareness (12 sessions), and Applying Trauma Principles (12 sessions).
There are 30 total live or broadcast sessions in the Trauma Series:
- Enhancing Trauma Awareness includes six sessions which are each 2.5 hours in length
- Deepening Trauma Awareness includes 12 sessions which are each 2.5 hours in length
- Applying Trauma Principles includes 12 sessions which are each 2.5 hours in length
Enhancing Trauma Awareness is also available on-line and is a self-paced course.
Deepening Trauma Awareness and Applying Trauma Principles will be available on-line as self-paced courses in the coming months.
