Description

The Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling program is designed to meet the growing demand for professionals who are well-equipped to provide counseling to individuals and communities influenced by adverse experiences, catastrophic events or traumatic stress. By combining a comprehensive, innovative, multidisciplinary education, the program exposes students to the societal impact of trauma in the political, economic and social spheres. The MS degree program is a 60-credit, full-time program with a flexible format to allow students to maintain employment.

Time Commitment

The MS in Community and Trauma Counselling is a two-year, full-time program. Part time, 3 and 4 year curriculum is available. Three cohorts are available; two week day, daytime cohorts, and one Saturday/evening cohort(to accommodate those who work while attending
the program)
